When I received these carpets I wasn’t happy with them an emailed to say so they replied quickly and offered a refund if I wanted but I wasn’t paying £30 to send back saying that I’m glad I didn’t as I had 12mm underlay the carpets are now down in 2 bedrooms and look great for bedrooms and stairs good carpets
